Step 1:

Share your career goals

We start with a short but thorough onboarding process to understand exactly what you're looking for.

What you'll do:

  • Fill out a guided intake form (5 minutes)

  • Upload your resume and/or LinkedIn profile

  • Set preferences: job titles, industries, salary expectations, locations (remote or local), and types of companies you want

  • Flag roles or companies you want to avoid

What we do:

  • Review your information and flag any red flags or improvements

  • Begin building your job targeting profile

  • Assign a virtual assistant (VA) who will work with your preferences and goals in mind

Step 2:

Get Matched with Your Job Genius Assistant

After onboarding, you’ll be paired with a trained offshore assistant who specializes in job applications.

Your assistant will:

  • Search for new job postings across major platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, company sites)

  • Customize your resume and cover letter for each job (depending on your package)
