Step 1:
Share your career goals
We start with a short but thorough onboarding process to understand exactly what you're looking for.
What you'll do:
Fill out a guided intake form (5 minutes)
Upload your resume and/or LinkedIn profile
Set preferences: job titles, industries, salary expectations, locations (remote or local), and types of companies you want
Flag roles or companies you want to avoid
What we do:
Review your information and flag any red flags or improvements
Begin building your job targeting profile
Assign a virtual assistant (VA) who will work with your preferences and goals in mind
Step 2:
Get Matched with Your Job Genius Assistant
After onboarding, you’ll be paired with a trained offshore assistant who specializes in job applications.
Your assistant will:
Search for new job postings across major platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, company sites)
Customize your resume and cover letter for each job (depending on your package)
Apply to 5–100+ jobs per day, depending on your plan
